Gruner Hof

Very nice hosts Special requests for food were no problem at all The food was delicious and the breakfast just great a cozy dining room Almost like in Grandma's living room Also outside in the beer garden very cozy Rooms were very clean We stayed with 4 people here and everyone was satisfied Were not the last time here Would love to come back Stay healthy we look forward to seeing you

I stayed here for one night, with my bike. It was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast was also OK. My room was on the main street, it was a bit noisy. WIFI signal in the room was rather weak. The surroundings & location are beautiful.

This hotel canceled our reservation without notifying us (knowing that the hotel was paid in advance). When we arrived there (before check-in closed in the evening), the hotel staff seemed surprised by our reservation and told us that there were no more rooms available and that we would have to find somewhere else. find accommodation this evening!!! I reminded you that the payment was received by the hotel and that they must honor their commitment. All this knowing that we have a young child... Unfortunately, the hotel staff were completely disinterested, indifferent and even haughty, in addition to being incompetent. Faced with this disaster, I demanded immediate reimbursement and I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night... This hotel should absolutely be avoided!!!
