Hotel Residenz

I had apartment for one month for whole May 2017, Proc: - The room is moderate and have the main facilities, cooker, refrigerator, toilet, Sofa, TV and separate bed room. Cons: - I couldn't use the washing machine when I asked for that after two weeks from staying as they said that you will leave after 2 weeks and you have to stay one more month after the washing :( - when escalated to the owner, she was very rude and impolite to take to us, and she was dealing with us in a very bad manner from day one because only our clothes differ than Europain. - Receptionists are good females from the personal point of view but proficiently they cannot do anything without checking the owner which is very bad one.

It's a quiet hotel with a nice staff. The room's are very nice, but the sun comes easily thru the window in the morning. The beds are good, but the pillows are very very bad! The breakfast is very well too. They should have some peanuts in the hotel bar (not in the bedroom mini bar), but they haven't.

The staff went out of their way to try to help me find medical attention for an inner ear problem and last minute transport to the airport. After the local medical clinic, Kreisklinik, and hospital turned me away saying they are not equipped to handle ear issues even though my insurance company told me to go there and I was paying up front (???), the hotel staff made several calls to attempt to help me find a doctor. They did not ever make me feel like I was a burden. If you are a foreign traveler, this is a hotel that go above and beyond to accommodate you. The car service set up by hotel staff, Fahrdienst Ubrig, was wonderful also.
