We were with 3 families on site. The location is perfect right in the city. The rooms are huge and modern. There is free water and coffee. Breakfast was great, great selection in very good quality. Price performance are absolutely consistent. Alles top, 5 von 5

Cheating! Hotel promises discount if intermediate cleaning is omitted. For the waiver I had to pay 5 euros extra! Further points losses.... Do you have a fan for our meeting room? No, they're all in action elsewhere....

First of all, the positives, because there is not much to report: The breakfast - both choice and Mood (view of the countryside, great location) convince. The room was spacious. Otherwise: The reception is rarely staffed. The hotel is so winding, the signs confusing, that the walk to the hotel room becomes a run through a maze. There is no air conditioning. My room was 27 degrees, there are fans ready - rather unprofessional for a 4-star hotel. Windows can be opened, but have panes to prevent the passage of air. The lap ceiling is heavy and warm for winter. The kettle in the room did not work. In short: I will never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it. Value for money is not right. Almost 130 euros for a room is simply too much money with this non-existent Service.
