Parkhotel Residence

Not recommended for people with limited mobility. Stairs everywhere, long paths, got stuck in the elevator (for over an hour) - not a word of apology. Chaos in the dining hall - alleged system failure, orders were fulfilled after over 2 hours

A truly wonderful place with incredibly attentive staff who even made an arrival at 11 p.m. possible and still gave us a warm welcome! An oasis of calm with enough privacy in the wellness area, an exceptionally good buffet, and modern rooms with all the amenities and little touches from the hotel! An absolute recommendation

We were here this time in summer - and it is really nice then too! The positives were: - [ ] Comfortable lounge chairs under the shady trees - [ ] The terrace has large umbrellas, where one can stay very well even at 30 degrees - [ ] The food is simply superb - it tastes even better on the terrace - [ ] The service/staff is consistently very attentive and nice - [ ] The rooms are very spacious, bright, and have a terrace/balcony; nicely furnished and with a great bathroom - [ ] The parking garage is free - [ ] Cosmetic treatment with Melina! Areas for improvement would be: - [ ] The rooms do not have air conditioning, no exterior blinds or awnings - the sun shines unobstructed into the room all day and heats it up to 28-30 degrees - [ ] Thoughtless guests let their dogs urinate and defecate on the lawn, where others want to walk barefoot 🤬 - [ ] The pool is way too warm and not refreshing - [ ] A few candles/lanterns on the terrace would be nice for the evenings
