Our room had bedbugs. Room 108. We got several bites, and saw one bug on the bed. See picture. The hotel staff obviously knew but played unknowing. They offered us breakfast for free.. Other than that the hotel is mediocre but had a good location

A great hotel to visit the city of Bamberg We had a very nice room and we were greeted by a gentleman Sven Schwarzbach he was very friendly and helpful we checked in in the afternoon and we met by a gentleman Sebastian Hechler he also was very friendly and helpful for this made our stay very special the lady at the breakfast was equally friendly. The breakfast was very nice and we will definitely return to this place.

We held a conference over 2 days at the Hotel National and experienced excellent support from the hotel. Uncomplicated, personal and dedicated, all our wishes and needs were met. The food was excellent. The premises and sanitary area were clean and well maintained. We spontaneously decided to hold our conference again at the Hotel National next year.
