This hotel is ideal for people who want to enjoy Bamberg. Within easy walking distance of the towns famous locations. And the rooms are very comfortable and well kept. The staff is efficient and friendly too. The breakfast buffet leaves no wishes open and the attached restaurant offers great dinners. Parking spaces are limited so be sure to book a space in advance.

Very central location, all the sights are just a short walk away. The hotel is relatively new and modern. Our room was not large, but sufficient and well equipped with a comfortable bed, coffee machine, walk- in shower, etc. The room had an aircondition, which was an advantage over other hotels we stayed before in Bamberg, especially in the hot summer months. Accordingly it was also a bit more expensive, but still reasonable. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet, with many options. Parking in Bamberg can be a challenge, so the hotel garage was very convenient, we also charged our car there.

Top location, as everything is within walking distance and yet relatively quiet. Room very tastefully and high-quality furnished. Special praise for the extremely good beds! The booked superior double room seemed quite small to us, especially the bathroom, where one person could only move with caution. Unthinkable for 2, especially since there was only one sink. Since we were on excursions all day, however, it was no problem. High-quality liquid soap for showering plus body lotion provided. No elevator in our part of the building. Luggage must be hauled to the room yourself. Minibar in the room: Contents seem very modest. Bar in the building not inviting. You sit right by the entrance door. Fast, good Wi-Fi for up to 5 devices included. Breakfast very good. Something for every taste. Everything is high-quality and fresh. Only the coffee......... oh dear. Underground parking available for a fee. Important since parking spaces are scarce. Staff consistently friendly and helpful. It is a pity that they do not proactively provide information about the hotel's offerings and where everything is located. But you can always ask.
