Europa Hotel Furth

Going around with a big bow! Rooms are poor, shower head completely defective, despite asking to repair it (for now). You have to ask this via a central Whatsapp because you do not see and hear anyone in the hotel. The photos of the reception I don`t know where they were taken, but I didn`t see anything. Also 5 times have to ask for the code of the door, which is also not normal. Room was noisy, and not because it was in the middle of an industrial zone but because there is a strange hum all day and night. Finally cut to the shower head because it came down. Cleaning is also a thing! Behind and under the bed has not been cleaned for about a year. Mattress was worn and bedding not clean. Fortunately I had provided myself with a camping blanket and pillow based on the previous reviews. Whole hotel is full of workmen, nothing wrong with that but you can't park your car after 1800 hours with all those vans. So no tourist hotel and because there was literally nothing more free in the area here but sleep, but have this hotel immediately blacklisted from work.

Completely disastrous hotel: Bathroom: Shower cubicle totally broken (necessarily patched with insulating tape), one door of the shower was completely missing = bathroom under water, radiator not working (at 7°C outside temperature), Bedroom: Curtains musty, carpet dirty and stained, mattress dirty, TV not connected (cable was ripped from the wall), defective sockets, cracks on several walls, noise detector missing, mold on both windows, door with damage (from attempted burglary?), curtain rod dirty, insects in lamps, Elevator: inside with many damages I've visited many hotels before. this one was the worst of them all. Fortunately only one night, that's all I would have gone through. Absolutely no recommendation from me!

I'm still here at this sh##y hotel. 4 May 2025. If you do not speak German, go somewhere else. I'm telling you! I paid for one of their priciest room with breakfast included but since my arrival it has been terrible. No receptionist, had to call 4 times a number to unlock the door with a code. I took me 10 minutes to open the door, and didn't go out to avoid unlocking it again, the room was ok just to say the least, sink and toilet cracked, no breakfast which I paid for, no one I could ask for anything, the hotel looks good in the photos but it looks staged, it is in an industrial park, no restaurants or stores around, all I saw was a Japanese restaurant. Big SCAM, avoid it!
