Fabulous location and best view of the lake. Staff friendly and nice (as long as they spoke German). Unfortunately, there is still real shoddy construction in the room after the renovation. It seems no final building inspection was done here: leaky sanitary facilities, unprofessional plastering and painting work, carpentry work with gaps, etc. The hotel really had no luck with the selection of craftsmen. Some improvement will likely be necessary here. Nice at first glance. Thank goodness they were not essential defects. Unfortunately, the room did not match the website. If you also add the construction noise, then my choice of hotel was rather too expensive. For this money, I could have also gotten a 5* hotel. SPA area rather modest and pool water not as stated; too cold to linger in comfortably. After the renovation and fixing of the defects, one can certainly give the hotel another chance.
