We were very disappointed. There was no contact person at the hotel. When we asked in the restaurant downstairs, we were told that they had nothing to do with the hotel. We had ordered breakfast in our room and wanted to know how the payment was going, but we got no answer. When we left, we thought we would be sent a bill. But no, we were immediately labelled as dine-and-drinkers and threatened. We tried to explain that we couldn't find a contact person and that no one felt responsible. But there was no apology for the way we were treated. That's what I call a great honeymoon ruined like that.

Beware of this accomodation. They will trick you in order to get your money. They declined my check-in request, suggested that I book somewhere else but still charged me for the accomodation. Such a disgraceful, deceitful behaviour.

What a sad stay! The property and its rate tantalise you to book it. Very beautifully made and at the right location. But we had the worst experience in the whole German Alps trip. They will welcome you so beautifully that you will never be able to see their inside GHOST. There is just one lady in the reception and will smile till you check out and will than misuse all authorisation of credit card. They raised superficial bill of more than Euro 300 just for the cleaning sake claiming that the kitchen was not left clean. What an excuse. Than they have debited 50 Euro for late check out though we checked out on time. Nothing was informed at the time of check out. She even clicked the picture at the time of check out but we could never understand her devil smile. So next time any one goes just deal in cash Never share your credit card details. Who knows when and why they will drain your full limit. May God save other tourists.
