Top location. Ideally located. Butcher around the corner. The apartment is very clean. Ideal garden with a dog and for breakfast in the morning. View of the Osterfelder/Alpspitz. This is our second time here, and we will definitely come back. It would be nice if a toaster and a microwave were available. The cleaning lady is very friendly. The driveway is a bit narrow, as many park on the street and do not leave enough space.

The apartment owners were very nice and accommodating. We were able to park two cars in reserved parking in front of the apartment building. The apartment was nice with a full kitchen with dishes and linens provided. We also got the tourist cards that allowed free access to the local pool (with two waterslides and a large wave pool). I appreciated the balcony on the sunny side of the apartment and listening to the creek on the other side. We walked to the nearby downtown area for dinner (try the Frauendorfer for traditional dining and dancing) and for wandering around after skiing.

I don’t normally use words like charming, but that’s exactly what this place is. The rooms are spotless. I never give a place an excellent rating on cleanliness, but the owners have broken me. Doris and Franz are great. They speak English and made me feel as welcome as any other guest. I will NEVER stay anywhere else when in that area unless they are booked up. Parking was a little tricky in my big American SUV, but they made it work for me. The location was great. Was able to find my way back after many beers at Sausalitos and the noodie bar. Found something to watch on MTV, so I was good to go. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Stay away from Edelweiss.
