We really liked it in your hotel. We were welcomed very warmly. Compliment to the receptionists. The location relative to the center is brilliant. The room and breakfast leave nothing to be desired. If Garmisch, then Hyperion.

Traditional German hotel in a great location close to the centre. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice and everything was delicious. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful and we would like to thank Rania in particular for her good advice and local knowledge. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very shady company and hotel. Made a mistake on my booking (Through Agoda which you should avoid too!) and double booked for the exact same day because of the travel agency service. Within 5 minutes I tried to cancel and they wouldn't accept it and denied the refund. Horrible business and experience. On top of that, the personnel at the hotel were very rude and short and not welcoming at all. Simply asking for water was responded with distain. The beds are also like bricks and the pillows are super flat, even with two pillows it did nothing. Woke up with severe neck pain.
