Lady at reception very friendly, towels fluffy and smelled good and fresh. Rooms by and large OK. Minor damage and wear everywhere (baseboards, bedside lamp, refrigerator). 15€ per person Breakfast I would not recommend. Breakfast can be taken in the restaurant directly in the house, if you can call the breakfast. Cup for coffee - you have to ask, glass for orange or multivitamin juice - you have to ask, in the end you have to ask for everything except tea and liver sausage. The lady brings it when she is not currently smoking or chatting at the reception.

We stayed here for one night as a business trip. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! The hotel is a solute NoGo. I've never met a room like this. Bed totally broken, all around. In the bathroom dirt, broken shower head, dirty towel, windows haven't been cleaned in ages. Door frame knocked off.

We stopped for an obligatory break as we didn't have a green badge, it was late and everything around seemed like a green area. We asked if they had a free room for the night and he replied in arranged German/English to call his boss who was on holiday. After trying to explain to her that I didn't speak German, I managed to get her to call her boss directly through a translator. The room he had "free" did not open due to a problem with the electronic key, he "prepares" us or only changes the sheets in another room. Result that we paid €90.00 per night, for a room that was not as clean as it should have been. The girl put in the effort but if she isn't able to manage she shouldn't be left alone at the desk also because she was in obvious difficulty and was constantly apologizing. The hotel is also dated and falling apart, it definitely needs renovation, which is a shame because it is in a strategic position outside the centre, where you can still park for free in front of and near the metro
