Nice hotel located at the south of the city. It's about 15 min from the city centre taking s-Bahn (metropolitan underground train).
The hotel is located at a calm residential area. Although it is near the railway tracks the rooms are very well isolated. Room furniture is simple but in a good condition. We had a 14' tv on the room with german channels.
The bathroom was really clean every day with fresh towels.
Good breakfast with a variety of things to eat.
I paid 75€ first night and 65€ next nights for a double room including breakfast. I got this rates booking at the tourism office located at the main train station (Haupbahnhof), paying there 10% of the price and the remainder 90% at the hotel (only cash).
To sum up a really good hotel if you don't mind starting your day with a train ride.
