Modern room with a glass shower that looks into the room. Not possible to light the sink without turning on the whole room. Breakfast at €21.90 is way too expensive for what it offers. Excellent location.

We were booked to stay in this hotel for 2 nights on 29 and 30 June. When we arrived in our room 355 we realised the air conditioning wasn’t working. We reported this to reception who told us they were trying to fix it. Unfortunately this didn’t happen and we were told we couldn’t change rooms as the hotel was full, so reception gave us a fan. We slept badly with the window open due to the heat and were woken up by outside noise at 4.30 am. We asked again about changing rooms for the second night and were told we could have another room but in the Cocoon Hauptbahnhof, their other hotel. So we packed up and went there, but couldn’t get into the room until later. In the end the room was fine and the air conditioning worked, though it did seem to turn off in the middle of the night. Reception told us that we needed to email the hotel and claim some compensation for the problems we had. I did this and two weeks later I’m still waiting for them to reply. The hotel itself is very nice and breakfast was good but the customer service is very poor.

Friendly, convenient and clean. Rooms were big for Munich the location can’t be beat.
