Hotel Neuner

Unfortunately, I cannot join the previous reviews. For me, unfortunately, the condition of the room was not okay. Just the bathroom, dirty. The sliding door of the shower broken and moldy. In the morning shower, I would quickly have a standstill at the water drain. I removed the sieve. What came my way was beyond disgusting. The water could not drain. I claimed this to the owner in the morning (unfortunately the chef's jacket gave the same picture as the condition of the shower)..He wrote down the complaint. Back in the evening, I found that nothing had been done. I find this without words not to do this. I also come from this trade, is an absolute NoGo for me. Absolutely not recommended for me. Quiet despite being on a very busy road. A little Eighties, it could use a makeover. The carpet has several stains. Well connected to Pasing station, a bus stop is just opposite the entrance.

Terrible customer service. Avoid if you can. Booked for one night family stay. Flight delayed. Arrived at 2130 an hour later than planned. Not made to feel welcome. Host was so rude we decided not to stay. Despite not having an alternative booked and two young children asleep in the car. So glad we didn’t stay and found somewhere else.
