There are bed bugs, and not just a few. It is absolutely disgusting! We noticed it in the morning, after a night spent in this hotel. We were bitten. We lifted the sheets and bugs were running on the mattress. A nightmare! We informed the hotel first thing in the morning at 8:30 AM. Ms. Eva Harcosfalvi was the one present at the front desk. A bag containing the bed bugs found was handed to her (see photo). We asked to be refunded for the second night, which we naturally canceled given the lack of hygiene at this hotel and the deplorable night we spent. Response: refund of cancellation fees only, which means we lose 30 euros on the second night (and the first was paid in full despite this obvious lack of hygiene). I do not call that a "favor" because we would not have canceled our reservation if the minimum standards of hospitality had been met. Cleanliness is part of it. We are disgusted, it ruined our vacation. Given the number of bugs found, it would seem that hygiene is not a priority. Avoid at all costs.... You will find photos attached to this review: on the sheets, the black spots are bed bugs and droppings from these insects.

overwhelmed, cleanliness leaves something to be desired, front desk are unfortunately just interns who are hopelessly overwhelmed, breakfast is also a catastrophe - instant coffee, Accor should do something about this as soon as possible, as this is not Accor quality that one can expect.

Stayed here as part of a tour. The hotel is about 30 mins drive from Old Town Munich. Room was clean but as like other reviews there was a smell of mould. I also could not locate it but it was near the bathroom door. Reception was friendly. The breakfast spread was good. The waitress staff was good but for one middle aged plump woman was very rude. I was trying to get hot water in my flask and she scolded me for doing so. When I requested her to help me, she was rude and asked me to boil my own water instead. My other tour mates experienced the same rude treatment - asked to share a table with two other Japanese tourists who are here on their own & felt so uncomfortable to share tables. But she insisted and scolded them for moving away. I believe she might be racist against Asians. The experience would have been a 4-5 stars if not for this episode.
