Nice hotel with very helpful staff, free parking. The room was comfortable with a firm bed. Breakfast is good.

Mercure Hotel Ingolstadt - I only spent one night here, but some I can judge. The receptionist was nice and capable and also tapped us the beer. The room was large (get free upgrade as an Accor member), clean and equipped with safe, bathtub and refrigerator. It was quiet, I only heard birds in the morning. The hotel also offers a gym and two saunas. Breakfast was more than sufficient and there were many organic and vegan products. The parking was large and the 24 hours cost 4 €. We didn't try the newly opened restaurant.

I have been coming there for several years,and finally I am forced to give a negative review.Every month we arrive the same way- evening,and leave at 9;00, this time we arrived at 23;00 and asked for a two-hour extension to the room.Maz after surgery,wanted to rest a while longer.The manager agreed (I checked that most of the rooms were free) so it should rather not be a problem, and yet they charged 25 euros. He left at 13:30 so for 1.5 hours - 25 euros.Very poor from the side of the hotel for regular guests.So I will also add that I have never made any complaints so far, so at this point I will also add - that the room is very often not cleaned, the toys of previous guests under the bed, dirty glasses always.I do not know if we will use again.
