Friendly hotel, next to the highway in the industrial area. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the city center. The rooms are not air-conditioned. Therefore, only the open window at night provides cooling during heat. Unfortunately, the traffic noise with the window open, especially at night, is quite disturbing. The rooms facing the entrance area/parking lot are significantly quieter. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the A96 Munich-Lindau in the industrial park of Landsberg. The city center is about 40 minutes walk away, it is 10 minutes by car. Very friendly welcome. Rooms modern, spacious and clean. A bottle of water is included in the price. On it full score. The breakfast offer is ok, but qualitatively rather average. The scrambled eggs, as in many hotels, are certainly not made from fresh eggs. The offer on the cheese and sausage platter seems industrially manufactured. I was the only guest in the breakfast room for a long time on Sunday morning. The service worker stood in the buffet area and looked at her phone from time to time. Empty plates on my table didn't put them away... but three points.

Does not meet the specified classification. Room not been in proper condition.Defective ventilation in bathroom, defective light in bed, fire marks in bathroom washbasin. In the spare room that was provided to us after complaint besotted wool blanket in the closet, overall not clean and mold and defective tiles in the bathroom in the area bathtub/shower. Breakfast in discounter quality with little choice. Management overwhelmed or unable to respond to criticism. Staff at reception polite but trained in blocking criticism. The hotel used to be better.
