The hotel is located in an industrial area. Depending on the room orientation, it can get a bit louder early on, but that is okay. It is very well suited for business trips. It has its own underground parking garage with sufficient space. Restaurants are within walking distance in about 10-15 minutes. A note, if I may. Anyone hoping for Bavarian delicacies for breakfast will be disappointed. The breakfast is designed to be vegetarian. After a brief moment of confusion, you can find something there too. Otherwise, a renovation would be due again. There are some quite noticeable signs of wear and tear. The staff is very nice and everything worked out great.

The hotel has a good location . The city centre is just a few minutes' drive away. Parking is available right in front of the door- free of charge. The reception is nice and friendly. The rooms are practically furnished. The bed / mattress was great. Cleanliness is ok. And why only an Average Rating? What's called a "buffet breakfast" is a cheek for the price. Scrambled eggs without bacon, no cold cuts, no fish, no poultry (sausage) no white sausages (and that in Munich). That the hotel drives a special concept is ok. But then you describe it somewhere in the hotel portals, so you can't read it over. And for 19.50€ I expect more than humus, jam, honey and a few vegetable sticks. Especially since the "buns" were also very habitual. Just leave what and how they want to have breakfast to the guests. With a great breakfast the day starts very differently, especially on Sunday. Oh yes, if I want to have a beer and the young lady tells me that only card payment is possible, I can't. I would also like to determine for myself how and when and what I pay by card.

We had a good and very comfortable stay here as a family of 6 , in 3 double bedrooms . Our rooms had a balcony although not used in the cold November weather . Only a short 10 minute walk to Giesing for the train into Munich city centre and Marienplatz . Not much in the area and shops are good walk away but we knew this before our stay . The bed was comfortable and the shower hot , nice clean bathroom , too . Floor in main bedroom was a bit dusty . Curtains were blackout type . Bedding and towels all very nice and clean . They only clean the room if you ask but this was not a problem for us . Clean towels provided if you need them . The heating was a bit tricky to control but the room was warm quickly if you needed it . The staff on reception were helpful and friendly . They helped with directions and some printing we needed .
