Hotel Aurbacher

They ripped me off. I was charged for 4 nights, when I should have been charged for one night. They have a no refund policy which I understood when I had to cancel my one night reservation. They charged my credit card for 4 nights and refused to acknowledge their error and were rude as well.

Liked · The hotel is very clean, rather new. Correct equipment. Clean, quiet area. Vehicle parking at €15 per day. Friendly staff available. Didn't like · The bed in the corner because the room is a little small No air conditioning or fan (we didn't ask for one, we slept with the window open) The location in relation to the tourist center because you have to take the bus and metro (or s or tram) As a result, the bus suffers all the traffic problems of this city under construction for a long time to return to the hotel in the evening

Clean warm dry bed, quiet room. Clean shower. Easy transport with bus stop outside that gets to Viktualienmarkt or Ostbahnhof (U5) which gets train on to Theresienwiesn. Nice to get some croissants from reception as i missed breakfast. Friendly staff. Could leave bags whilst walkabout before going to airport.
