Hotel Coro

Very nice hotel in a good location with a homey feel. The owner will greet you not as a travel but being part of the family which makes you feel right at home. The room prices are very affordable even being close to Munich. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Bathrooms are nice and modern. The breakfast is plentiful, healthy and gives you local products to eat. You've direct connection to the Autobahn with the airport only couple minutes away and you can go from the hotel in any direction to explore Germany or Austria. Also you've a subway station (U6) in walking distance from the hotel which brings you straight into Munich. On the way to the station you'll find very good restaurants with local foods to indulge. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the Munich area.

Friendly and most helpful team. Clean, organised, many little thoughtfulness's, good breakfast. Well located for centre of Garching. No guest lounge but quiet and modern in decor and design. Worthy of commendation.

This hotel is away from Munich central area, but I would rather stay this hotel instead of others in the center of Munich. I think that this hotel is cute and neat, and I could feel a nice hospitality from the staffs. I like this hotel very much. If you couldn’t find hotels in the center of Munich, I would like to suggest this hotel as one of the candidates. The location is about ten minutes walk along the Schleibheim Str. to from the subway station Garching. After you pass through under the national road 9, you can easily find the signboard of HOTEL Coro. Front Desk: Mon. - Thu. Open from 6:30 to 8:00pm, Fri. - Sun. open until midday If the front desk is not open, just ring the bell at the front door. There is also the entry door for the night, which can be opened by the room key. The room is a simple and neat, but enough facility to stay. This is no bath tub, only shower. This is a common style in Garching, I think. Free-WiFi is also available. During night, it was silent and I could take a good sleep during all my stay. One request is a bed and a blanket. I feel that the bed and blanket are a little bit thin. I like thicker ones. During my stay, the most impressive experience was the breakfast in this hotel. A lady staff remember my favorite drink and how to cook eggs, she always kindly served my breakfast to me. The breakfast is not like a luxury hotel, but I think it was enough variety for me. Next time I stay in Garching, this hotel must be one of my candidates!
