Horrible! I had booked the hotel to stay from 12/23 to 12/24. So Christmas!! I was traveling for work and did not arrive until night. It was agreed that the key would be left in the key box. The key box, however, had no power. No matter which button you pressed. I took a picture of it and got witnesses. No one was reachable. The next day I called to clarify things and was put off, with the promise that someone would get back to me. That did not happen. After a week and another attempt by phone, still no response. Staff feel responsible, and the managers do not call back. My emails were all ignored. And no, I am not incapable of operating the key box, because I was also at this hotel the week before and the box worked wonderfully then. I did not receive my money back and had to drive 200 km home at 2 a.m. after a double shift on Christmas night because I could not get into the hotel.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. At first glance the property looks beautiful, and indeed could be if they did a renovation. Our room was quite large and quiet but because a bit interned compared to others. The floor is parquet and being very old creaks both in the corridors and in the bedroom, also there was a flying wire between the chandelier and the door, the sink tap that moved, the WiFi did not take and overall it was not even too clean (unfortunately) but especially the double bed, that is 2 single beds clearly old and not too comfortable put together!! The location is definitely very convenient 10 minutes from Central Station. The staff was still friendly and the breakfast international although with few things but all in all good.

It's a pension and not a hotel it's very old dates from the early 1900s it's located 15-20 min walk from Munich train station right in front of where the Octoberfest is organized There's a supermarket nearby, a burger king and a Rodizio Brasileroy it's located 5 min walk from a U-Bhan station It doesn't have a fridge, as it's very old when you walk around having a pine tree floor it's very noisy therefore it's annoying The place for breakfast is very small and as it has many tables it's quite uncomfortable To get up to the reception it's done by stairs and it doesn't have an elevator
