Ibis Munich City West

Hotel was clean, location felt safe, delicious breakfast. It was mid spring and warm; no AC! They have it just not turned on yet. We had to sleep with the window open, usually not a problem but… 1. Room over the terrace where groups were having a great time over cocktails- loudly! 2. The window only tilted open and no air movement. 3. After a late night linens on rolling carts were delivered at dawn on a cobbled sidewalk - again loud! Ruined the stay. Front desk polite but situation one they couldn’t fix.

It’s ok for the price but at check in we were provided with no information apart from here is your key and there is the lift, it’s very noisy and it was far from clean on arrival, dust everywhere. Apart from that it’s a decent room to use as a base. I expected more. No kettle in the room too, basics lacking.

Hotel very close to the metro, good breakfast but poor choice in desserts, good cleanliness but room not isolated from outside noise, the hotel is located adjacent to a road of considerable passage and external noise were annoying
