Raeter Park Hotel

Great hotel with good motorway connections. Highly recommended for 1-2 nights. Nice little place with restaurant, bakeries and ice cream parlor. Service staff and managers are always available. Family from Bavaria

Rooms are dingy with clear signs of wear in the bathroom. No air conditioning and a fan is not available. Payment is expected upon check-in.

We (3 colleagues) were guests at the hotel during a trade fair. We visit this fair every year and stay in inns and hotels in the surrounding area. Always with relatively good experience so far. The Dormero Hotel Kirchheim was the absolute lowest point of the experience. The reception was staffed by 2 people. The lady ignored us, couldn't even bring herself to a good day. The gentleman did his job, any additional information had to be requested: "Is there a hotel parking lot ? / Yes, just park behind the house." The information that the parking space costs 15€ per night we only received with the invoice on the day of departure. My colleague was assigned an unprepared room. Had to go back to reception and got another room. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. During this time there was no room service. There was no option to choose. There is simply no room service. Rooms are very dark, shower is moldy at the edges. The heat regulator of the shower lacked the head. Finally, the guest can also turn the screw. It probably wasn't just us, because on departure was another guest who even left one night earlier on the grounds that he doesn't stay a night longer in this hotel.
