We stayed in a one-room apartment in the hotel and had our dog with us. The hotel is very quiet and in a few steps we were already in the wonderful nature. Also to the town center it was only a few minutes walk. The city is beautiful and not crowded. Our small apartment was equipped with everything we need. The bathroom was spacious and has hairdryer and large make-up mirror. The room was bright, friendly and modern. The balcony was great and we had a nice view of the mountain. Despite children and other dogs in the hotel, nothing was heard in the room. Very pleasant indeed. Sauna was also available, but we did not use it. The parking lot is also large enough. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very great was that we could not only check in online, but also open room and hotel door with our mobile phone 👌. And for all dog owners - dog toilet is right behind the hotel. Throughout Nesselwang you are very dog friendly. Clear recommendation for a holiday here 👍🫶!

The Family and I spent one night in the Hotel which was comfortable and nice breakfast. No critics at all until we left on our continuous vacation journey. Unfortunately my sun forgot his mobil and i contacted the Hotelstaff once we were already at back home. I wrote an email to them and luckily it’s was found by the Hotel staff. To begin with I have been told that the mobile phone will be sent to my home address which I was very pleased about and thought: What a great Hotel service! BUT, 2 weeks later and still no package arrived at home I contacted the Hotel again and I got the message that unfortunately my mail was lost in the system and no phone was sent at all. I thought ok that can happen but suddenly the Hotel announced that the postage is not free after all since then don’t live in Germany and hence the Hotel proposed an postage fee of 13.99€ incl. 500€ insurance shipment. I requested an delivery for 9€ (DHL XS Päckchen) as 50€ insurance is good enough as the mobile phone is not that valuable. I haven’t heard from the Hotelstaff as suddenly the package arrived at my home address but instead of 9€ I had suddenly to pay 17.99€ and not 9€ (or 13.99€) as the Hotel has proposed originally. All in all, bottom line: Comfortable Hotel, nice breakfast, poor Lost&Found Hotelservice, bad communication.

We stayed here for one night on our way home from a tour of Italy. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and there we had to venture into town for our evening meal. Very few places were open but we did eventually find a nice little place and the food was excellent. Breakfast was very strange. The waitress was not very friendly and we found it difficult as we were unable to speak German (our fault entirely). The food was ok. Overall the stay was ok.
