Outdated hotel, the buttons on the light switches and toilet are loose. Bathroom doesn't smell fresh. Wifi is not usable to work with. Disconnects regularly. No air conditioning available. Staff are friendly and helpful. No possibility to dine in the hotel.

We stayed at this Hotel in October 2023 for two nights. The hotel presents itself very well right from the entrance, elegantly furnished even if a little dated. At the reception we found a very kind lady who speaks Italian very well who immediately put us at ease. The room was enormous to say the least, with a beautiful entrance, a large bathroom and, listen, a walk-in closet!!! Used to the claustrophobic rooms of other properties we have stayed in we felt like we were in Versailles. The bathroom needs a bit of revision, there is a shower but you take it in the bathtub, a little uncomfortable. Let's get to the less positive notes. First of all, the parking is not private but is shared with a supermarket and a pub, nothing serious but for completeness I must point it out. The real problem with this hotel however is the location. Quite far from the centre, it can be reached by public transport by walking a bit and taking a bus and two Metros, not exactly an immediate thing, it's certainly doable but if you're looking for convenience to get to the centre, it's not the best. In conclusion I would say good accommodation, the real strong point is the size of the room, a little inconvenient to get to the center but I would go back, I'm telling the truth.

Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. The entire hotel has not been renovated for over 20 years, and that is very obvious. In the room itself, the bathroom hardly deserves the name. Everything was dirty, the sink faucet wobbled like a cow's tail and ran half the night. The sink filler was rusty. The shower was also dirty and rusty. In addition, we were woken up very loudly at 5 in the morning by the goods receiving area of the Edeka store below. Positive: The staff were friendly and really made an effort. All in all: They will never see me again...
