A typical German Pension (Bed and Breakfast) with a great Familie running it. The rooms are a little bit dated but spotless maintained and clean - much better than I have seen in many high end Hotels. A great place to stay for a visit to Neuschwanstein or just hang out in their German mountains. Awesome breakfast spread comes on top. Big tip for food: 200 meters to the Falkenau brewery for real Bavarian Ambiente and great food. Beer as well :).

We had a small suite consisting of a medium sized comfy bedroom, sitting room with a convertible sofa/bed and TV, fully equipped kitchen, free bottle of water tea-coffee etc, clean bathroom and a nice balcony with view on the garden. Free Parking. We didn't ask for breakfast. The owner is an English speaking very helpful Gentleman. We felt being at home

Comfortable room with a beautiful view of the mountains. The owner speaks a little English and was friendly and helpful. He supplied us with a Konigscard which allows free access to all sorts of local attractions - a real bonus - it saved us lots of money. Close to the Austrian border. Free wifi was intermittent at best.
