Hotel Hochkalter

Hotel Hochkalter in Ramsau near Berchtesgaden has been closed since spring 2016!! That should be known!

If the guests really cared about their wellbeing they shouldn't smoke in the public areas , especially at the pool. Felt the whole place was a fire trap, lots of stairs and dark corridors and doors that were difficult to lock and unlock with heavy keys. Played Enya over the loud speakers 24/24.😔 Wellness treatments expensive. Pleasant , but could do better.

Very friendly service and the location is absolutely beautifull. I will visit again. The wellness area was ok not spectaculair but the view from the pool is spectaculair. I will recomend this hotel to other people.
