Superb hotel, spacious and comfortable room Very friendly reception staff. For the restaurant, buckle your seatbelt. Not friendly at all. They slam the bottle on the table, why? We were a table of 18 people, did that scare them? English essential, German a plus obviously no French. All-you-can-eat dinner buffet was tiny, very little choice. Dessert even less so. Be careful, you can only pay by credit card because they do not accept cash. Early departure, bread not fresh and later there are pastries but we had to leave. The first time I drove past the hotel. It is located directly along the road but the entrance is somewhat on a kind of square with bushes. Didn't see it. 2nd time good though:) Car parking is possible in the garage (paid), or free along the road in the immediate vicinity. Upon check-in they saw that our dog was with us. And we got a nice spacious room, a free upgrade. Very nice. Normally you get with a dog the most remote or the oldest room. This time a nice room. Take the elevator up. The room is spacious, double bed with fine mattress. TV (without casting), air conditioning and kettle with coffee bags etc. Of course also a nice shower. But separate, partly transparent. In the evening a coffee in the bar and to go to the room. Good sleep and the next morning a nice breakfast. Lots of sandwiches, pretzels, coffee and toppings, fresh salmon, sweets, cheese....thick in order. After checking out we drove to the final destination. Friendly staff, neat and clean, spacious garage and nice breakfast. More than good for a stopover.

Mixed review of this hotel. The air conditioning did not work in our room, nor in the second one that was assigned to us: the receptionist was aware of the recurring problem with these malfunctions and did not seem surprised. This is surprising for a hotel of this category. The solution found was very satisfactory as we were upgraded. The restaurant was closed due to lack of customers (according to the staff) and since the hotel is out of the way, it is not easy to find a place nearby to dine. These 2 points are important to me in choosing a hotel, so I was left with a very mixed impression, especially since the overall setting is a bit "cold." Furthermore, the breakfast was very satisfying and the underground parking was convenient.
