Burggarten Palais

Loved loved loved this hotel during our stay in Rothenburg! The location is perfect, and the service was excellent! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the people here are wonderful! The room was large and comfortable, with heated flooring in both bedroom and bath (along with air conditioning). The shower area was huge, and provided great pressure, and the bathtub was a wonderful bonus after walking many hours! The bathroom amenities were branded Pure Herbs and I didn't care for it, but I do always bring my own soap. Towels and washcloths were refreshed daily and there is an in-room safe. The bed and room temperature were comfortable although we opted to keep our window closed during the night due to the church bell chime. The breakfast is outstanding! We would definitely stay here again when in Rothenburg! Thank you Hotel BurgGartenpalais for a wonderful stay!

Very nice hotel in the city center with a friendly crew. In the hallway you are greeted by all the employees. The rooms are quite newly renovated and spacious. Only the church bell disturbs at night. At the breakfast buffet I would like a bit more bread or roll selection. And I'd rather cut the bread myself. But coffee specialties are available to choose from and are freshly prepared like the egg dishes. We have also experienced great helpfulness in a medical emergency of our dog. Very nice. We will come back.

Unfortunately, we stayed only one night at Hotel BurgGartenpalais in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It was the day of our wedding anniversary, and I wanted something special. This hotel delivered... as did Rothenburg. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, the room was beautifully renovated and the bathroom was one of two most beautiful bathrooms we had during our month-long holiday in Europe. Breakfast was also very good. This was the only hotel during our European holiday where I could park right next to the hotel. In most other cities, we had to park in a car park somewhere in the vicinity of the hotel. When we go back to Germany, we will again visit Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Next time, we will stay longer... and it will again be at Hotel BurgGartenpalais.
