Good hotel, nice, service is good, very good for children. There are small flaws that do not make the hotel a high-end luxury resort. Table is not cleaned after the main course, before dessert. Plates for the midday snack are (deliberately) kept very small. Snack overall somewhat manageable and meager, AND the portions at dinner are really very small! Thanks to the provided bread, one is no longer hungry. But otherwise everything is fine. Room clean, food delicious. Pool area is also good, even if it is a bit sober for children. The Japanese spa is excellent! Turn-down service is only available upon request. That is a pity. Tegernsee is fantastic and should be highlighted. That is unique and very well done, a lot of fun for children and the family as a whole. Compliments to the hotel! However, the in-house Italian restaurant with wood-fired pizza is not recommended. The ambiance is very bland and the waiter is overwhelmed. He pulls the plate away while you are still eating. He also had to take a break to smoke. That is unacceptable. Overall, however, a great hotel.

My stay began today, and unfortunately, the first impression for a five-star hotel was disappointing. Since I arrived a bit early, I asked politely if my room might already be ready for occupancy. I am, of course, aware that check-in is officially only possible from 3:00 PM. Nevertheless, I would have wished for a friendlier response at the reception. Instead, I was told quite curtly not to expect to be able to occupy the room before 3:00 PM. Furthermore, a welcome drink upon arrival was announced in my booking confirmation. However, this was not offered to me. Only when I asked for it myself, because I was very thirsty, did I get something to drink. Several days before my arrival, I had requested via email to have a topper placed on my bed. Unfortunately, this request was also not taken into account. The garden is beautifully landscaped and invites you to relax. It is all the more disappointing that the sun loungers do not have cushions. They are so hard that you can barely lie comfortably after a few minutes. Especially from a five-star hotel, I expect significantly more comfort here. I very much hope that my impression will improve in the coming days, because the property itself is really beautiful.

A unique resort. Picturesque with the stream flowing through the property. Great wellness area. Top-notch service. Delicious nuts!
