Very Good, but not Excellent, needs some maintenance in the room and bathrooms and the last minute advice of the Spa delayed construction was not fair.

Excellent service: when you need an answer, you get it quite easily. On the other hand, the closing of the beach "because there is a risk of rain" (even though it did not rain), the closing of the indoor pool without having apparently been warned at the time of booking, the continuous work in the park with excavators in the middle of the day during the summer season, and an uncharming outdoor pool did not make the 2 days at this hotel unforgettable. Fortunately, the hotel graciously upgraded us to a lake view because the other views are ordinary.

Top service, very clean, and excellent restaurants like the Fährhütte 14 and Il Barcaiolo. And the location right on the lake is a dream.
