INNSIDE by Melia Munchen Neue Messe

I spent one night there in June 2026. Friendly reception, good rooms with a good mattress, beautiful courtyard to sit in the evenings or for breakfast, breakfast was okay. The hotel is suitable.

After the renovation, really nice rooms. Fresh, modern and generous for this category with fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine; also staff are brisk and friendly. Clear step forward. About 300 m away there is a rewe and a dm. Otherwise pure office area; park for free along the road. Prices are fine outside the fair times.

Poorly hotel, rather boring, plus very unorganized staff in reception. Food is terribly booring too, plusthe waiter was angry that I wanted to bring a cup to the room, despite everybody else did. So far too exspensive for the price, but they nutirize from the Messe. If it was not close to the Messe they would not survive for long. Due to wrong important information at the reception, I was told it was paid, I ended up paying my self as company card could not be used from home. So dear hotel staff, please do not comment on this as it have been discussed in email. Case is closed, but as you are a "business" hotel, this should not happen!
