I had a layover and needed a place to crash for 12 hours!. It is located between terminal 1 and 2. It is a high end hotel with great lobby /bar / restaurant. The room was everything you know Hilton for. The Gym was big and had everything you need. The spa, pool area was very nice and chill. Very clean and lots of towels. Many options for food as you are at the airport. Parking is in airport parking. (44eur) The staff was very helpful as I didnt have a reservation but got me a room immediately (at noon) It was pricy but you are at Munich Airport and it is a Hilton. It was worth every penny!

We stayed at the Hilton Munich Airport after arriving late on a Saturday night following a long train journey from Vienna. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and welcoming. As Hilton Honors Gold members, we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the room upgrade. Our room and bathroom were exceptionally spacious—much larger than what we've typically experienced in European hotels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had an excellent night's sleep before our long flight to Australia. The breakfast buffet the following morning was outstanding, with an impressive variety of options. The croissants were especially good—beautifully buttery, soft, and fresh. What really made the stay stand out was the friendly service. Every staff member we encountered, from the reception team to the bar staff who served us a late-night meal, and the restaurant staff at breakfast, made us feel genuinely welcome. Rather than feeling like just another airport hotel for an overnight stop, Hilton Munich Airport felt like a destination in its own right. We look forward to staying here again.
