Seibels Park Hotel

If I could give this hotel less than 0 stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give this place below 0 stars, I would. The room was filthy from the moment we arrived. The bed sheets were stained and looked like they hadn’t been changed. The bathroom and other areas of the room were dirty, and the overall condition of the hotel made us feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the TV didn’t work, there was no air conditioning, and the windows were broken and wouldn’t even open, leaving the room hot and unbearable. When we politely brought these issues to the staff, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, we were told, “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. This hotel clearly does not care about cleanliness, maintenance, or its guests. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money somewhere else. There are far better places to stay than this one. I would never return and would strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel.

Hello everyone, We are not talking about a 5-star hotel. The rooms are clean, although a little color would do the walls good. One is in Munich, and one wants to experience something rather than stay in the room watching television. The beds are okay; I have slept worse in hotels. The ceiling and wall lighting is amusing but fits the style. The breakfast is acceptable. I did not hear the elevator, although the hotel is very soundproof. The staff is very friendly, and the location of the hotel is very quiet. The restaurant is a little hidden gem, very delicious.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Good choice of breakfast, fresh fruit, bread and pastries each morning. Staff helpful and welcoming. Clean towels, sheets and brand new shower curtain. Photos on website are not recent but the hotel was absolutely fine. A little dated but perfectly functional. On a bus route not far from the station. Very handy for Munich Xmas markets.
