We were guests in a classic double room for 3 days. The hotel is centrally and quietly located. Standard breakfast and sufficient. The room was refurnished in recent years, but the bathroom was dirty and totally worn out. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Underground parking with limited height and very small parking spaces. We did not test the indoor pool and sauna. The partially morbid charm of the 70s is omnipresent. The biggest plus is the very central location.

Top: is the location right by the spa park, the very extensive breakfast buffet, the water bottle and the coffee- and tea station in the room, the indoor pool, the friendly staff and the sky bar with a fantastic view from the 4th floor. Flop: is the far too small, deep, and crowded underground parking garage for EUR 10.- per night, the dated room in the annex building and the unemptied trash can in the room from previous hotel guests and hair in the bathroom.

Average hotel, Nice pool, no air conditioning, but fan. Dinner lukewarm, dry and no chilled drinks. Drink from fridge lobby (for take away but room) well cold.
