Super beautiful authentic hotel in the heart of the center. You want to go to a museum. We got an upgrade to a junior suite. The room was equipped with 2 small balconies and had a lovely bed. Breakfast was rich and the service was very friendly.

Good and welcoming hotel, well located for city visits and close to public transport. Nice rooms and good breakfast. We had a problem with the shower and this was resolved quickly and kindly by moving us to another room. A note though about parking. This is not so clearly indicated on the hotel website. We had the idea that we could park in the hotel's private car park, but that was only possible by reservation. We were told there was no room left. On departure, another employee said there was still room. It's too bad. The receptionist at check-in didn't seem that interested in her work either. For the other employees nothing but praise.

We booked this hotel family room , on website it is mentioned that elevator is available but it doesn’t go up to room . From second floor our room is situated end of long corridor and one floor with steps. Difficult with even regular sized luggage bags . Receptionist staff helped at time of check in but next day we had to catch early morning train . And in 1 room fan and portable AC but second room no fan , no AC . When we pointed out only small portable fan given and it was very hot day so sleeping in that room was not possible. Located central near to central station otherwise we had sleepless night and trouble with luggage
