Booked this hotel at the last minute and thankfully it had a wheelchair accessible room available. The room itself is very good for someone in a wheelchair, plenty of space to turn around etc. but to actually get into the hotel from the street, we needed to provide our own ramp!!!!! Yes, that's right an accessible room in a hotel needed us to happen to have a ramp in our vehicle so we could get into the building! Ridiculous. It is not a big step, but if you are in a wheelchair it might as well be a metre high.

I will try to be brief to explain our assessment: * the information displayed on booking.com is not a real reflection of what you find. They also put up a picture of a classic facade, which is real but helps confusion. You're waiting to see something else. * the hotel is absolutely digital but of course, if you arrive with suitcases before 4 pm, you have to wait on the street without any space to leave luggage, something unthinkable today. One does not plan one’s trip as accurately. * rooms are small and very unequipped. * breakfast is included, but this is served in a specific cafeteria 5 minutes from the hotel. If you are already on the street and you do not have the comfort of being in the hotel what sense is that breakfast. You'll eat breakfast wherever you want. *Friendly in the cafeteria but having arranged time the day before, they took almost an hour to serve it. * absolute sense of permanent helplessness, a phone and an Email address., if you are unlucky, it is not the fault of the hotel, that at 4 am a guest of the hotel tries to break down your door because he has confused his room, you do not have a direct phone in the room with the digital reception that is hundreds of kilometers. In short, an unfortunate experience especially for older people or with children.

Very good hotel in an excellent location. It’s clean, quiet, and the check-in process is extremely easy. The room was lovely and well equipped, with a kettle, a coffee maker, and complimentary mineral water. I would like to thank Joyce and Katharina for their invaluable assistance. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
