Kaiserhof Victoria

We have now been to this hotel several times. Would love to come back again and again. Very central location. Everything is within walking distance.

The two employees at the reception were quite unfriendly. Our room was not clean, there were old shoes from the previous guest next to the bed. In the bathroom there were no "goodies" like body lotion or cotton pads besides soap.....probably a matter of course for a 5-star hotel. No air conditioning !!! Swimming pool nice, pleasant water temperature....the large windows completely filthy !!!

We treated ourselves to dinner at the restaurant. Extremely friendly reception, even as non-hotel guests. Small menu with sufficient selection plus an asparagus menu. Appetizer and main course exceptionally delicious. We will return!
