The entrance through the massive blue door feels like the transition to a parallel world. The hallways look deserted, floors unkempt, lamps without covers – a dream for light bulb thieves. The sliding mezzanine door should be urgently oiled. My partner summed up the ambience as "serial killer vibes."
The room doors are impressively thick. The entrance area is small but "cozy". There is a large living/bedroom, tiny kitchen, small bathroom, small storage room. The bathroom door jams, storage under the mirror is missing, and nowhere are drain plugs, which cost me a spray lid. The storeroom is cute. The kitchen has a simple 230V hob with little power. Microwave and kettle probably do more than that. The knives? According to my partner, these are sharper in a "psychological facility."
The highlight is the living/bedroom – foreign, as if from another dimension. The mixture of worn solid wood and battered Ikea seems bizarre. Socket outlets hang loose. The radiators dirty, the walls need renovation. The TV? A broken dimming zone and felt 720p – TV can only be done via Youtube/Media Library. The Wi-Fi delivers up to 30 Mbit, but is as stable as a person with manic depression - I speak from experience. Sometimes there was no connection, so the TV was pure decoration. The YouTube launch is also a test of patience.
The mattress is soft as a Bouncy Castle – less sleeping comfort, more wrestling feeling. Missionary position? Ring clear. In more exotic positions, a giant lion image gives an "attack buff". Sleep? Go on.
Bed bugs or other animals? None, have probably already been hunted.
