Ramada Hotel Berlin Mitte

What a bad hotel! The first time in May, the air conditioning didn't work. At the reception they said there was maintenance but that it would take a day. We have not had air conditioning for 3 days in temperatures around 27 degrees. The hotel was very clean. Now we are there for the second time and again the air conditioning does not work at temperatures of 33 degrees. In the room it is not doable! Again the reception and now the story that there is subcutaneous because otherwise the air conditioning units are far too dangerous. It's over 35 degrees in the room. I pay for a room with air conditioning and not a sauna. Twice maintenance and coincidentally when we are there! At the reception it is nice and cool where they are working. When I notice that, the answer is: it's a separate system. We came Friday and now it's Sunday and I didn't see any cleaners in the room. No toilet paper and no clean towels. Trash cans are full, the fridge doesn't work so everything is lukewarm. The hotel does not deserve the 4 stars at all. It is that there is no bunk bed but otherwise I would call it a hostel with a good breakfast. I will not accept that I pay for a room with air conditioning and they just do not turn it on!

We have been in May and in Aug 2026. The first time indicated that the air conditioning did not work. Just blowing air. Story was told that the air conditioning needed maintenance and would be fixed. The 2nd time in Aug2026 the same story. When we told them to have been earlier, the reception did not know an answer. You're being cheated and lied to. The fridge in the room does not cool, just like last time in the other room. Indicated but nothing happens. The rooms are only cleaned when you get out. No one seen for 4 days. Towels are not issued. You have to ask for it separately. Sercice very bad for this hotel in the 4 star price range. Nice at 30 degrees in your hotel room. Advice stay away

Clean but basic hotel. Beds good room clean as was everywhere, breakfast quality simple but effective to what you need .shame the air conditioning does not work in room but couldn’t fault anything we will be back
