Given some reviews and a not-so-great stay at the Garner Kudamm, I honestly did not expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was here with a friend and had booked a single room for each of us. When we checked in, this category was not available, so we both received an upgrade to rooms with a double bed, kitchenette, and even a terrace. Due to my IHG Rewards membership, we were allowed to take drinks for free, and late check-out was also offered to us right away. Our rooms were located in the back building, so there was no street noise, and it was very quiet at night. The size of the rooms is sufficient, and the design is also very appealing. There is a small kitchenette in this category, but no proper seating (except on the terrace), which is a bit inconvenient if you really want to use the kitchen. There are enough surfaces available, both in the bathroom and in the room (hangers + shelves). I also thought it was great that the bathroom had a window. The only point of criticism is that the cleanliness could be improved. There was a hair in the refrigerator, the nightstand was not wiped down, and I found a small dead fly in the bed. The location is quiet, not far from the Kudamm, but it is a bit of a walk to the subway (about 10 minutes to Adenauerplatz and Konstanzer Str.).

Hicham went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. lovely hotel that I will definitely visit again when I come for ITB. I had a great room at the end of the hall and stayed alone so no complaints for noise or space. I also really enjoyed breakfast and every single staff I encountered was really friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. We had a great time and we hope to visit again, soon.
