Alexander Plaza

Very nice hotel, in a very convenient location. Short walk to the Alexanderplatz and the S-bahn that can take you to main Berlin Bahnhof, and from there, anywhere. Lobby is very nice, and hotel includes complimentary sauna. Room was good-size, but apparently we had a "family room", so it was quite large, plenty of space. Air conditioning could be better, but it is Europe. There was confusion at check-in about paying for more people, but the staff was very friendly, and not their fault. Bar was nice with friendly bartender. Breakfast is very expensive, like 30 euro, and nothing special about buffet, definitely skip that.

Excellent hotel. Very convenient for sightseeing, nearby train station, and many nearby restaurants. The room was comfortable for 3 people with foldout bed. All of the front desk staff were very helpful.

Very good location for visiting Berlin. The hotel team was very helpful and friendly. We traveled with a dog: completely uncomplicated - he was even allowed to join us for breakfast. Very good breakfast buffet for everyone who is not affected by celiac disease - unfortunately, there is only a very limited gluten-free offering.
