Apartment Schulz

I stayed there for a week with my family in a room of the apartment. The location was OK, the apartment offered basic conditions. The kitchen was pretty crowded and no common space available. The owner imposed a small and strict window of time for checking in (2-6 p. m.) and urged us to leave until 10 a. m., with no possibility to store luggage. The main problem was with the safety deposit of 100 euros he asked for at our arrival. Several days after we left, he decided by himself to give us back only 30 euros, for a stain on a corner of one mattress, which he said in an email that was due to us. In the photo he attached there was a barely visible stain, which could have been there upon our arrival, or appear after our departure – but anyway it seemed very easy to clean with a little water. The owner didn’t inspect the room when we left, giving us indications to just leave the key on the table and the door of the room open, with other people staying in the apartment as well. Very bad experience for us!

I rented a double room the 20/09/2019 payed on Booking.com .When we arrived the owner wanted 100€ as a caution and told me he will send it back to me. I never get the money back! Where is my money??? You told me I get it back in 6 months, is 1 year and half than I'm waiting!!!you are not shy to still money to the people!?

Our room was really wide, clean, confortable. The owner very kind and available. The bathoroom so good . Nice location in the center close restaurants, market and tram and city way (s-ban). Kitchen and fridge in common. Price interesting. Raccomandable.
