Apartments Am Kolk

Don't expect too much, not the most modern of rooms (a lick of paint and updating of the furniture would help) but more than adequate for a very reasonable price. Situated on a very quiet street in the Altstadt literally a stone's throw from the U7 underground station.

Good location of you need be in the very center of Spandau old town. the room was located on the 4th floor (and stairace is steep) with no lift and the ceiling was very low. you haven't information about the floor when you book therefore be aware. we booked a room for three person and the second bed is the worst thing I ever ever try: it crick, crack and groans with every move and stick into your ribs like and night demon; -the staff was friendly but the russian speaking owner may treat you like a criminal )

Fine for what it was. It is extremely dated, and for a hotel only 7 years old pretty tatty now. But spacious enough, and very near to the Christmas market. The shower was pretty horrendous, but apart from that we liked it. I wouldn't recommend for families as I am sure every other guest could hear my children (sorry). But recommended for couples.
