Arta Lenz Hotel

The hotel is very old, smelling rooms, no soap, the toilet seat was broken... they never fixed it. They advertised free wifi BUT is just in the reception not in the rooms. Look for a better place to stay!

This hotel is very expensive for the service you get. The reception is closed from 20:00 until 8:00. The room is old but not in the right way. The bathroom was small and cold. Be careful with the 50 € (!) deposit of the key. Without the acknowledgement slip you won't get back.

By far, the worst hotel we ever slept in. Cigarette smell in the room, everything is dirty and old. When complaining, reception tells us it is impossible that the room has a cigarette smell, in fact calling us liars. English barely spoken, look for another hotel when visiting Berlin!
