I prepaid, checked in online and then... the room was unavailable on the day itself. On the morning of arrival a simple email with a discount offer was the means of communication. On my reply on the mail no answer for 8 hours. Later on through whatsapp took up the free cancellation offered. A not very guest friendly form later I was promised an immediate refund. Now after 5 days they tell me it takes 21 businessdays (not even legal according to EU law where refunds need to be handled within 14 calender days). First and last time experience...

Nice place in the center of Berlin. Kindly. Friendly. Clean. Safety. I would like to come back there are again. And would recommend to all my friends.

Hotel so far quite okay for one night, but be careful when billing!!!! You will receive the invoice directly on the day of departure. This had then sent directly to the employer. Debited were then 20€ more than were on the bill.... That's what I said to customer support. Then receive a manipulated invoice that matched the abort (!!!!) And after two weeks of chat, learn that the first invoice was “wrong” due to a technical error and the manipulated invoice is correct. So the customer pays the error beware!!
