Nice hotel, well located, spacious rooms, very good bedding, delicious breakfast. The only downside was that one of the rooms (2202) was right next to the hallway door, which slammed loudly. The reception staff was not very pleasant; apparently, that is customary in Berlin, we were told.

i am extremely disappointed with this hotel's administrative management. The hotel charged our credit card for our reservation but has failed to provide a paid invoice. It has now been more than three months, and despite numerous follow-ups, we are still trying to obtain this essential document. Charging a guest is one thing; providing the corresponding invoice is a basic responsibility. The lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service has been incredibly frustrating and has wasted a significant amount of our time. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you require proper billing documentation for your stay.
