This has been the clearest score 5 out of 5 for a long time. Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, great breakfast, everything perfect. And on top of all this you can spend the evenings at the nice bar tasting your way through a long list classic and innovative cocktails, with or without alcohol, personally prepared by the award-winning bar tender.

My adult daughter and I recently returned from a 4 night stay. I am recovering from surgery so had booked a room with a separate living room as I am still not sleeping through the night and did not want to wake my daughter whilst she was sleeping. This room provided us with a lot of additional space which was very welcome. The hotel is right beside the U Bahn making it easy to travel anywhere. The room has a fridge and there is a supermarket on the same street so we were able to buy and store snacks. Tea/coffee and complimentary drinks were available from reception after the first night and reception stay were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Bathrobes were also available from reception on request. The area felt very safe.

A fairly simple hotel with very courteous staff. Unfortunately, there is no parking garage on site and the reception is not accessible at ground level or by elevator. The rooms are adequately equipped, but in some places (bathroom) already quite old. The hotel bar is unfortunately only open on some evenings. Breakfast is absolutely fine. For a single night without breakfast around 200€ are however rather high.
