Basic hotel for budget travellers. Suitable for couples and students. A very good common area with all facilities. Close to the tram station. Hotel staff were friendly. Late check-out facility available for booking.com travellers!! Disliked · The arrangement inside the room was not convenient. Even though the room is small, we think that maybe it could be arranged in a better way.The breakfast was very basic for the price of 6 euros. It seemed that the room was not completely cleaned. Also, there was not much sound proof as we could hear sounds and people speaking from neighbour rooms

Pretty cheap for a room right by Alex. It's very well connected and there are lots of really cool things nearby. Many visitors to the Generator are in Berlin to party, and you can tell. That certainly has its advantages and disadvantages. I would like to mention one important point here: Sandra at the reception was particularly friendly, motivated and competent. I hope everyone gets to meet her. Thank you Sandra!!

Hoped the towels would be free tho, and wish I had breakfast there. Not the cleanest but awesome price (as for me a broke student haha) and keep in mind it’s not in the city center!! Since it was my first time in a hostel I guess I got lucky with the people in my room so this was a first good experience!
